Remote

We use Teamviewer for remote support.

Please call our office (250.816.0049) and

click on the TeamViewer link.

If you use Internet Explorer or Edge, you will be asked if you want to Run or Save TeamviewerQS_en-idcp... Say "Run"

If you use Chrome, the link will be at the bottom, called "TeamViewerQS_en...exe"

If you use Firefox, the link will be in the download arrow on the top right of the screen.

Windows might ask now if you want to Allow the program. Say "Allow"

After that, you will get a screen like this.

I will need "Your ID" and "Password" to remote control your PC.
